Application:
VYKL1450 series flexo printing slotting machine is a kind of integrative carton machinery. It can print, cut angle, slot, score and cut edge on the paperboard. It is characterized in precise printing, elegant printing pattern, easy to operate and maintenance and high grade automation, etc.
Main feature:
1.It adopts semi-automatic chain paper feeding type.
2.Adjustment system adopts electrical planet circular-oriented adjusting type which can ensure adjustment without stopping the machine.
3.Ink guiding system adopts high precision flexo roller. The ink is supplied pneumatically. Independent motor is used to even the ink. The plate is uplifted pneumatically. The ink wont be stopped when you stop the machine.
4.Drive system adopts no clearance cooperation, which can ensure the printing precision. The whole machine adopts the central lubrication, which can improve lift span of gears and decrease the noise.
5.Slotting part adopts four-knife to adjust the slotting height synchronously. The lower axis can adjust the lifting clearance according to the thickness of different paperboard so as to make sure the paperboard wont move during the slotting process.
6.The machine adopts CAD module design. It is optional for single, double and three colors. The units can separate and reunite electrically. It adopts pneumatic lock. So, working efficiency is improved.
7.Printing precision: two color: ±0.5mm; three color: ±0.75mm; four color: ±1mm.
